As a project manager, I analyze benefits and costs then cultivate research, resources, and relationships to balance, execute, and coordinate deliverables, track and measure performance, achieve milestones, mitigate issues, and tailor solutions. As a creative director, I conceptualize, develop, and realize visions, guidelines, and requirements. I establish visual branding standards, execute on time and on budget, and recruit, train, and manage fellow commercial artists, designers, and photographers. And as a multimedia graphic designer, I nurture my inherent proficiency in all Microsoft Office, utilize my continuing training in Dreamweaver and Flash, and practice my film school fluency in Avid and FinalCut, my professional expertise in and personal love of Quark and Adobe Creative Suites.
